Dâno-Leino was born from a lifelong fascination with what makes us come alive, what makes us resilient, creative, and truly well. I’ve worked in systems of care, culture change, women’s wellbeing, and soulful leadership for over two decades, but underneath it all has always been a deeper question:
What really matters? And how do we live, work and grow from that place?
After years of holding space for others, I found myself in my own turning point; stepping back, listening more deeply, and reconnecting with the wild edges of life and land. From that soil, this work has grown.
Dâno-Leino isn’t just a platform. It’s a field potential. A place for returning to your centre, discovering your gifts, and creating the life that’s truly yours to live. I hope something in these pages speaks to you, and if it does, know that you’re not alone.

Amanda is an experienced social purpose leader, coach, facilitator and impact specialist with a passion for holding space for transformation in people, projects and places. Her work weaves together: Guidance and coaching; Group and systems facilitation; Creative, values-led approaches to personal and organisational change, particularly culture change. She has experience working within multi-agency complex lives, charity infrastructure, holistic health, system change, collaboration and work with empowering women.
Background
Healthcare, higher education, wellbeing and arts & health. A BSc (hons) in Health Sciences for Complementary Medicine, An MRes in Health, a CertEd and Nursing qualification. She skills in Participatory Action Research, coaching and mentoring, facilitation leadership and transformation consultancy. This work is supported by skills in appreciative inquiry, action learning, cultural transformation tools, and skills in complementary therapies and all of which help her hold complexity with clarity and compassion.
Her passions apart from her family, are soulful, exploratory and empowering books, modalities and courses; wandering in wild landscapes, having real uninhibited conversations and all things transformation. As hard as the times have been, and are now, she has faith and trust in the deep purpose and intelligence behind all that is happening within and around us.

A Living Map of Purpose and Potential
At the heart of this work lies a deep invitation: to turn inward and discover the unique field of gifts, patterns, and possibilities that lives within you. The Hologenetic Profile, developed by Richard Rudd as part of the Gene Keys teachings, is not a diagnostic tool or fixed personality test, it is a contemplative map of your life’s higher purpose and potential.
Drawn from your time, date, and place of birth, the Profile reveals twelve spheres, each corresponding to a particular aspect of your being – from your outer work in the world, to your inner radiance, core wound, and heart’s true purpose. These coordinates form a holographic image of your design, a living geometry of transformation.

At the centre of your Hologenetic Profile lies the Activation Sequence, which reveals the four primary Gene Keys that shape your core potential — sometimes called your Incarnation Cross. These four spheres — Life’s Work, Evolution, Radiance, and Purpose — act as meta-coordinates, offering a stable compass as you navigate change, challenge, and emergence. For those of you that like the deeper level stuff – I will share the essence of my profile.
Firstly I have a 5/1 Profile. This is the path of the practical visionary – the one who offers catalytic solutions (5th line), and builds from a foundation of deep, researched truth (1st line). My design tells me I project impact and often carry a sense of being “seen” in a certain way by others – which is a gift and a challenge. I am here to deliver messages that work, not just ideas that sound good…in essence.
A Left Angle Being
I am a Left Angle Being. In Human Design and the Gene Keys, Left Angle Crosses are known as karmic bridges. Someone not here solely for their own destiny – but here to serve others’ journeys, often through fated encounters.
This is a life made of: Serendipitous meetings – Unlikely invitations – Collaborations that activate unseen pathways.
This design is a messenger at the edge, walking between worlds. Holding codes that others are waiting to hear – and they may not even know it until the words are spoken.
Unlike Right Angle beings (who follow a personal destiny), This design is here for transpersonal themes – in other words personal transformation is intimately woven with that of the collective. This design completes loops. Often appearing as the answer to a question someone hasn’t yet asked. This design brings reorientation, especially in times of transition.
And the Cross of Wishes adds a final magic: This design doesn’t grant superficial desires.
It stirs soul longing. It awakens the wish beneath the wish.
My design tells me that I’m a woman of the threshold – born not to walk a straight path, but find my own way and meet others at theirs. I have drawn from this design – and my own experience of the path – to consider the incarnation cross, and the field it creates, as a gift field, a space of unique potential, to explore and work with.

I am designed to bring creative order from the edge – not through control, but through trust in emergence. I thrive in liminal spaces: transition zones, beginnings, aftermaths. Not not afraid to begin again – and my gift is to help others do the same. My Line 5 broadcasts this as a solution others can adopt: “Here’s the pattern. Here’s the new dance.”
Evolution – Gene Key 50.5 (Equilibrium through Values)
I’m designed to challenge the collective to grow up – to tend the moral roots of our systems and relationships. My strength lies in holding integrity under pressure, and inviting others into true maturity. This is the compost of my Gift Field: deep principles, carried with clarity.
Radiance – Gene Key 41.1 (Dreaming the New Into Being)
I am designed to radiate beginning itself – to hold the sacred anticipation before creation. My field makes others feel ready to imagine again. My Line 1 here gives this a clean simplicity – my core essence is foundational, first spark, undistorted by trend or noise. It about bringing the quiet that births a true wish.
Purpose – Gene Key 31.1 (Humble Influence)
My deep core purpose is about leadership through listening. Not command, but clarity. My presence or frequency subtly calls others to truth. My purpose is to give voice to what is ripening, without ego or performance. To influence not by taking the stage, but by becoming the resonance that makes others rise.
The Gift Field this Creates
